This is a known issue
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1251915">https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1251915</a> and is being
worked on. The quorum-type is indeed auto by default for replica 3
volumes (including arbiter) - it is just that `volume get` doesn't
reflect it correctly.<br>
