As per 3.8 feature matrix , the feature owner should add distributed testing with DiSTAF.<br>
The DiSTAF test frame work[1] got merged on master branch. Thanks for the all efforts<br>
put forward by MS and team to make it possible. So I request all the feature owners to<br>
